Introduction to the topic of communication
This unit introduces learners to an overview of communication, channels, kind of messages and most recent approaches. Axioms of communication will be described with specific reference to literature and practical example. In addition, styles of communication will be listed out with description of related behaviors to each different communicative approach.
The presentation aims at introducing to learners to Communication concepts. It includes:

- Roots of communication;
- Categories of communication
