Environmental curricula resources for Teachers

Description

The Rainforest Alliance is an international non-profit organization working at the intersection of business, agriculture, and forests to make responsible business, building an alliance to protect forests, improve the livelihoods of farmers and forest communities, promote their human rights, and help them mitigate and adapt to the climate crisis.

The Rainforest Alliance provides for free ready curricula for students from 6-13 years old, complete with materials for classroom lessons and related activities. Consider that the curricula have been named after the US School system (1° to 8° grade). In Europe the school system is usually divided into primary (6-10 yo) and middle school (11-13 yo).

It is a very plentiful and well-rounded resource for teachers planning classes on the important role of the forest in the life balance of the planet.
